Fancy Tales creates personalised videos and images of your pet. In this privacy policy we explain what data we collect, why we do so, and what rights you have.

What data we collect

We only process data that is necessary for our service: your name and email address, the photos you provide for your order, and data arising from the payment process (such as payment status). We do not receive credit card details; payments are handled by a secure payment provider.

What we use it for

We use your data to process your order, deliver your result (video or image), and to contact you about your order if needed. We do not send newsletters or marketing unless you explicitly opt in.

Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed to fulfil your order and for any customer service or legal obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You can also ask for a copy of your data (data portability) or object to processing. Contact us via the contact page to do so. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. in Belgium: the Data Protection Authority).

Cookies

Our site uses only technically necessary cookies (e.g. for session and language preference). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies without your consent.
