✨ Fancytales – Important Information & Disclaimer

At Fancytales, every story is created with care, love, and imagination. To keep things magical (and fair for everyone), please read this before ordering:
🐶 Photos & Reference Material
To create your custom image or video, we need at least 2–3 clear, high-quality photos of your dog.
Photos should be:
- well lit
- sharp (not blurry)
- showing the face clearly
- preferably taken from different angles
If the photos are unclear, dark, or low quality, we cannot guarantee accurate colors, fur details, or facial features.
🎨 Artistic Interpretation
Fancytales creations are artistic interpretations in a cartoon / Pixar-style universe.
This means:
- colors may vary slightly from reality
- small details may be simplified or stylized
- exact markings or patterns may not always be perfectly reproduced
We do our very best — but this is art, not a photo reproduction.
💭 Expectations & Emotions
We don't know your dog personally (yet 😉). We only see them through the photos and your words.
Our goal is to create a moment of magic in just 6–7 seconds that makes you smile, feel something, or want to share it. Sometimes this hits deeply. Sometimes it's simply sweet.
If your story doesn't feel exactly like the dream in your head, please know: we created it with love — and we hope you can forgive us if magic feels different for everyone.
⏱ Delivery Time
Delivery times are always estimates, not guarantees.
During busy periods, holidays, or viral moments, delays can happen. In these cases, no financial compensation or damage claims can be requested.
If timing is critical, we strongly recommend choosing priority delivery.
🔄 Revisions
One small revision is included if something is clearly wrong (wrong name, spelling, etc.). Artistic style, mood, or creative direction cannot be changed after delivery.
💸 Refund Policy
Because every creation is made personally for you, we do not offer refunds once work has started.
📲 Usage Rights
You are free to share your Fancytales creation on social media for personal use. Commercial use is not allowed without written permission.

We promise to always create with kindness, care, and respect — for your dog, for your story, and for the shelters we support.
